At Kilauea Hospitality Group we’re proud to offer beautiful accommodation options coupled with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We strive to provide exceptional services morning, noon, and night. And, luckily, our hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed!

Here’s what some of our recent guests have been saying.

Peter G found his secret place to stay

“This was our 2nd stay in Volcano and we booked Kilauea Hospitality Group again due to our very good experience the first time. And, we again were not disappointed. There are 3 properties not very far from each other. This time we‘ve been in ‚The Bungalow‘, which was only some steps away from the reception. If you want privacy, just go there. The jungle was directly behind our place. The car could be parked right in front. The inside was very cozy and rustic with all you need apart from a place to cook. But a microwave was there. Anyway, not very many people will stay in Volcano for a long time. For us, the 5 days we planned were just sufficient. Things to see: Volcano N.P. (only a few minutes to go), Mauna Loa Access Road, Hilo (around 50min away). If you want to see more check on Blue Hawaiian. They‘ll fly you with nice helicopters to the Kilauea area and some beautiful waterfalls. Best restaurant for us: Thai Thai Bistro and Bar. The prices are pretty reasonable. If you want cheaper food, you need to go to Hilo. Only around 2 minutes away you can find a grocery store where you can buy what you need (also frozen food for the microwave), though it‘s expensive. So, you better bring what you need from Hilo or Kona. The price we paid per night was also reasonable so that we‘ll come back again next time!”

Jon G says Chalet Kilauea was a highlight.

“This is a great place to stay for a night or two while visiting Volcanos National Park. It makes a nice change from staying in large resorts, and there’s no annoying resort fee or parking charge. Sitting in the hot tub one evening, which is on stilts and among the rainforest trees, was one of the highlights of our two weeks in Hawaii!”

Azul says Amazing, go to the Chalet Kilauea!

“Aloha! All we can say is wow! This place is amazing! We absolutely loved it! The room was so gorgeous and gave us the option to use glow lights that were so cool and made everything look stunning. The bathroom and shower were beautiful too. Outside, you can walk around in a beautifully done area where there’s a little bridge, garden and also a hot tub. Attention to detail here is impeccable and the people are so wonderful. Thank you! Mahalo!”

Amybthompson HIGHLY recommends us

“I booked 2 rooms for me, my daughter, and a couple of her college friends. I seriously could not believe when we walked in the rooms. They were incredible!! The girls were blown away, too. Both had king beds. One had a huge shower with dual showerheads. The other had a jacuzzi tub (and small shower). Beautiful views out the windows. Nice “fireplace” feature; it is one of the TV-like fireplace screens with heat (see pictures below). Clean accommodations. Outstanding deal for the price”

Mary A had a cozy night in Volcano Village

“Cozy night in volcano village! We stayed for one night between staying in Kona and Maui for our 30th anniversary. Wish we had stayed another night! It was clean, comfortable, beautiful gardens and friendly staff.”
